ARTIST - Digital Noise Control

I've been involved in and out of Electronic Music and Electronic Media since 1990 which was when I really started learning about electronic music gear. Before the advent of MP3 in around 1996 I had an album compiled on tape. As the technology became available, I was able to get it into circulation online. I'm a big advocate of creative commons licensing and sharing music, some of the most successful companies shared their software first. Look at the situation with MIcrosoft and Internet Explorer 3.0. While creative commons is counter to licensing for exclusivity it is good for sharing music in effective ways. This year I teamed up with Aaron Leighton from Australia over the web and we built 3 tracks that are part of our iTunes published album Sky Wheel in 2008.
