Lily Vasquez, is a singer/songwriter, professional mambo dancer and actress, who has been performing all of her life. Her
career as an entertainer began at a young age, as early as four, when she performed as a singer and folkloric dancer in her
native country of Colombia. Throughout her youth, her talent continued to blossom, as she was frequently chosen to represent
her respective schools as a singer, while at the same time keeping herself busy with numerous dances, aerobics and drama teams.
Since arriving to the United States at the age of 14, she has performed in countless parades, festivals and other events in
both song and dance. As her career advanced, Lily has matured in the entertainment arena developing a unique style and grace
of her own, combining the many musical styles that have influenced her life such as Pop, Rock, Cumbia, Bolero, Salsa, among
others. Lily has continued to develop as a performer, and after promoting her Bachata CD in 2006, which opened many doors
in her career, she started focusing more on the genre that best describes her music passion, Latin Pop/Rock. Late 2006, Lily
became part of a revolutionary music website called sellaband.com. It is here where she won the heart of many music lovers
from all over the world and became the first Latin artist to raise a goal of $50,000 to record a high quality CD which is
due to release April 2008. In addition, Lily has been participating as guest host in many festivals/events throughout the
NY tri-state area, adding more charisma to her overall stage presence. The future for Lily is bright as she continues to develop
